  • Liz Payne

    DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL PSYCHOLOGIST

    I BA (Hons) Psychology

    Liz is a registered Psychologist and Executive Committee Member of the National College of Organisational Psychologists. She is a trusted advisor, having worked with leaders across all industries for almost 20 years.

    Prior to founding Collective Strength, Liz led Liz Payne Consulting, an independent management consultancy for 10 years and was a management consultant at KornFerry (Hay Group) for 5 years. Liz is acknowledged for her capacity to understand business issues and apply psychological principles in a pragmatic and sustainable way.

  • Elly Simmons

    EXECUTIVE COACH & FACILITATOR
    BA Psychology

    Elly is a leadership coach who partners with leaders from small business owners to leaders within a variety of industries and not-for-profit organisations.

    Elly has held senior, generalist HR roles within CBA, Microsoft, Dimension Data and Deloitte. In these roles, she partnered closely to advise and support leaders with a range of complex people matters including performance issues, restructures, talent management and succession planning.

    Marina has performed a variety of HR leadership roles across a wide range of industries including media, music, entertainment, digital, government, banking & finance, IT and professional sport.

    Marina’s skills include talent management, employee experience, employee value propositions, and day-to-day HR functional management including recruitment, remuneration, performance, policies, compliance and employee relations.
